Ok.... this is Yukine from Noragami....
That phantom...was in episode 2 and it was trying to say 'yuki' when Hiyori found it under the chair...so I named him 'Yuki' lol
Another thing is..that scarf was Hiyori's...thoug I made Yukine wear it for now since he's cute that way XD

Well I hope you guys like this chibi.... I'll do the other characters too....
I'm planning to do either Hiyori or Yato next....
After Noragami, I might do a Gintama one or Tokyo Ravens..... or another random character..
